14-year-old entered Café in Linz with a pistol: “Hands up or I shoot!”

The only 14 -year -old Linz held a pistol in his hand and called: “Hands up or I shoot!”. The 40-year-old owner of Café Jing immediately stepped in at the Wüstenrotplatz and there was a wrangling between the two in front of the restaurant.

The 40-year-old suffered minor injuries. The 14-year-old, on the other hand, ran away together with other young people.

Rapid arrest

In the immediate vicinity of the café, however, the 14-year-old was arrested by a police patrol a short time later. Another youth led the police officers to the murder weapon. It was an airsoft pistol. The Airsoft pistol was secured and the 14-year-old was brought to the police recess center. According to the police, investigations are underway for attempted coercion.
