For many Upper Austrians, visiting the garden country tour is a permanent tradition – after all, there is a lot of inspiration, information and good entertainment. In 2025, the event presented itself in the new dress as a 4-quarter garden tour and is all about nature.
In 2025 everything revolves around the motto “Gartels in the rhythm of nature”. Because no matter whether 2,000 or 20 m² – each square meter counts and can be used in a sensible manner in the sense of biodiversity and self -sufficiency with fruit and vegetables. Biogärtner Karl Ploberger and garden blogger Florian Hödlmoser explained how this works in their lecture “Gartels can go everywhere”.
Seminar farmer Martina Sallaberger delivered a new perspective on everyday plants, but reinterpreted in her lecture “buds and co – fresh vitamins from the garden”. With them, she had ideas and tips on how we can get fresh vitamins from the garden early in spring.

The beginning is at 7 p.m., whereby the event halls will be open at 6.30 p.m. in order to be able to use the information stands and other offers. Admission is free.
