From software to e-car charging system: Apply now for the Pegasus Economic Award!

The application deadline for the 32nd edition of the Pegasus Economic Award approaches its end. Until April 4, companies can submit to the following five categories: “Lighthouses”, “Innovation Kaiser”, “Success Stories”, “Holds of the Future” and “Entrepreneur of the Year”.

The Pegasus will be awarded together with the Raiffeisenlandesbank Upper Austria, the state of Upper Austria, the Chamber of Commerce OÖ, the Industry Association and KPMG on June 5 at the Galanacht of the Economy in the Brucknerhaus.

In the “Success Stories” category, the Steyr company BMD Systemhaus applied. It was founded in 1972 when programming had no prospect of success. Today, more than 30,000 customers use the company’s software that employs around 780 people. The company managed by Markus Knasmüller also encourages employees to bring in new ideas.
