After making the final preparations with his employees, Michael Eder is traveling with the OÖN in the park and around Almegg Castle in Steinerkirchen. “Nature comes, the leaves are sprouting and the cowslip appear. It is good that it starts now,” says the entrepreneur from alcove.
On Thursday, April 3, the “Time Out” amusement park, which will start the inheritance of the “Agrarium”, which is headed into bankruptcy in 2024, will open its goals for the first time. In the past few months, Eder, who runs a horticultural company, has renovated the site and purchased numerous new attractions. “It was a heather work that was only possible thanks to my team,” he says.
New attractions
A thirty -meter -long cable car slide and swings for babies and children were mounted. In addition, a bouncy pillow, slacklines, bouldering walls, a soccer field, a barbecue zone and your own dog zone are distributed in the park. Small downside: The 350 square meter water spray park, which will be the new main attraction of the park, is not yet finished. “Unfortunately there were delays, but I do not assume that at these temperatures someone is standing with swimming trunks,” says Eder. Because the team has not yet been able to complete some cosmetic work due to the bad weather, there will be ten percent discount on day -to -day tickets in the first few days.
The new restaurant, which has been completely renovated, has also been cooked since Wednesday. “There will be good bourgeois cuisine. But we pay attention to regional ingredients and a healthy offer,” says Eder.
