With the purchase of an approximately 4000 square meter property, the company Autoteile Brand has set the foundation for extensive enlargement and renewal of the existing company area on Renetshamer Weg on the B141 in Ried. A little more than a year ago, construction work started, now the work is almost complete.
“The place has become too small, it has also become very scarce in the sales room,” say Alexander Brand and his managing director colleague Werner Seyfried. “We have more than doubled the shop and the warehouse from the area. Where the warehouse used to be, the workshop was expanded,” says Brand. The renovation took place during ongoing operation. “Convention was quite a challenge,” said Brand and Seyfried with a smile.
Many repairs
The generous office space on the first floor above the car shop is also new. “The need for an expansion was due to the many customers,” says Seyfried. The number of repairs and picker dates have also increased in recent years, especially since Corona pandemic. “You can tell that cars are driven longer,” says Seyfried.
