The experts at the Central Institute for Meteorology and Geodynamics forecast a lot of sun and only weak to moderate wind. The days from Sunday in particular bring mild temperatures with maximum values ​​of around five to ten degrees, but precipitation can also be expected again from Monday afternoon.

At the Friday the sun can still appear in phases in the south until the morning. After that, the clouds will become denser there and in the afternoon there will be a few rain showers. In the rest of Austria, clouds will initially predominate and precipitation can be expected at times. The snow line drops quite quickly to 500 to 900 meters above sea level. In the afternoon, the precipitation will be rarer again and the clouds will loosen from the west. The wind comes weak to moderate, in the north and east also brisk to strong, from west to north. Temperatures range from minus six to plus six degrees in the morning and three to twelve degrees at midday.

At the Saturday there is some residual cloud in places in the mountains at first. Overall, however, the sun often shines. Only in the east and south-east will there be an interplay of clouds and sunny phases. Here the clouds only become less in the late afternoon. The wind will be weak to moderate from northwest to east. The early temperatures are between minus 15 degrees in higher Alpine valleys and plus two degrees in the east, the afternoon temperatures between minus one and plus eight degrees.

The wind comes from the south-east to south-west and sometimes blows stronger in some foehn aisles and in exposed locations on the south side of the Alps. The early temperatures are minus eight to plus one degree, later four to twelve degrees are possible.

At the Tuesday it is mostly overcast and wet under the influence of low pressure. While there are longer, drier sections in the far north or remain completely dry in some cases, it rains heavily from Upper Carinthia to southern Burgenland. The snowfall line is between 800 and 1,100 meters during the day, in the evening it slowly sinks to around 600 meters from the north. The wind blows moderately, in the typical foehn aisles on the southern side of the Alps, sometimes briskly from west to north. At the beginning of the day, the ZAMG expects minus four to plus four degrees, during the course of the day three to nine degrees.
