The demand for single-family houses in Austria recorded again in the previous year: 9812 objects were verified in 2024, as the real estate agent network Remax reported this week. That was 1591 objects or 19.4 percent more than in 2023, when a low point was reached with 8221 single -family house sales. The previous record was achieved in 2018 with 12,689 verification.
