The 30-year-old chef of the Courtyard by Marriott in Linz on Wednesday afternoon, the OÖN were invited to the test for five different homemade variations. Charming mixture

Around the K&B Linzer Cheesecake, with which van der Marel invented an enchanting mix of New York Cheesecake and Linz cake, which has been on the menu since then, has now been further experiment. “I like to rely on my team, they always have ideas, are very creative,” says the chef.

You also had trends in mind like the Dubai Cheese Cake. In Linz, the Baklava cheesecake with filotig and pistachios has become. An American version with a salted caramel and peanuts has arisen as well as a strawberry vanilla version.
