Because on this stage, many people have presented themselves with their art for more than three decades. With the closing -resistant, there is still a strong sign of life.

The preparatory work has been recognizable for weeks, and the renovation work for the new Kultur Hof 3.0 will finally start with June. One necessity, because the house is in need of renovation, a redesign is essential. “We want to continue to remain a place of the diverse cultural encounters,” says Managing Director Wolfgang Pfeiffer. In order to be able to remain a successful niche provider with low -threshold cultural access, there was no way past the adaptation of the house.

As reported, the a maximum of four million euro modernization is implemented according to the plans of Christine Ausserlechner (also architecture) and Carina Rieder-Hillinger (Frauwerk Architecture). The core of the renovation is a new event hall with space for around 160 visitors and a better infrastructure for visitors and artists. In addition, building technology is brought up to date.

For Kultur-Hof chairman Michael Rosenmayr, the conversion is also under the sign that “we have to see that the cultural scene remains as large as possible”. People give people a stage here so that they can show their talents, but also want to be space in which humans can be effective. “We don’t want to preserve the charm of the Kultur Hof, but we receive the flair of the house,” said Rosenmayr.

On May 28th from 6.30 p.m. you can enjoy this special atmosphere of the hall again with free admission. “At the last, special cooperation, we want to bring the hall to life again with our audience and artists and artists,” says Managing Director Pfeiffer. You will be experienced by humor, Philipp Ganglberger, Elli Bauer, Manuel Thalhammer, Blözinger, the fine mix, Red Machete, The Big Easy and the Kultur Hof Band. The cultural program to the Volkshaus Franckviertel will be moved for the time of the renovation.
