US President Joe Biden has no plans to visit Ukraine in his work schedule. “There are currently no travel plans that I can announce or that I can pre-announce. And, of course, there is no confirmation of a visit to Ukraine,” she said.
A day earlier, CNN, citing a source in the Ukrainian government, reported that Zelensky, in a telephone conversation with Joe Biden, invited him to visit Ukraine as soon as possible.
Also during the conversation, the Ukrainian leader asked his American counterpart to provide additional financial and military assistance, since powerful economic support will show Russia “support for Ukraine by the West.”
