During the interview with FPÖ boss Herbert Kickl, masked people had spread a banner with the Russian flag and the inscription “Thank you Herbert, From Putin, with Love, your Vladimir” and played according to the Russian hymn.

The summer discussion took place on a terrace in Traunkirchen on the banks of the Traunsee. The three activists acted from a boat. The banner, the masks – they showed Putin and the chairman of the Russian security council Dmitri Medvedev – and the Russian national anthem were only on site, but not perceptible in television. The district administration Gmunden imposed administrative penalties in the amount of 100 euros each due to the public order disruption and 60 euros each for the violation according to the anti-faction law.
