The fire broke out in an apartment of an apartment building in Linz. The emergency services were alerted to Liebigstrasse at 3:15 p.m. The Linz professional fire brigade moved out, as well as five rescue areas of the Red Cross. The police were also in action.
According to information from the Red Cross, five people are injured. Among them is also a toddler, the police say. The child was brought to the Med campus, three adults to the Linz religious clinic. An injured person rejected the trip to a hospital.
There is currently no information on the cause of the fire.
