The 33-year-old from the Salzburg area district was frozen, her body was 50 meters below the summit cross. It was incomprehensible why the rescue started so late, the lawyer stated to the ORF. The 33-year-old deceased was also sick. An expert opinion report showed that a viral infection was available. The 36-year-old didn’t know anything about it, said the lawyer.
