Russian authorities plan to broadcast the arrival of the Progress 80 during the early hours of Thursday. While the POT TV will do the same starting at 1:30 AM (03:30 Argentine time) on Thursday, and the advance should be related to the Russian Poisk docking unit shortly after, specialized sites reported.

The Progress 80 transports food, fuel and supplies to the International Space Station and the cargo ship’s return to Earth will be set by the Russian Federal Space Agency, Roscosmosat a later time, NASA reported.

As of 2018, many of the Progress vehicles have been able to reach the station in just two orbits or three hours. But the time of the launches and the arrival of the space stations is subject to several factors, such as the activities of other spacecraft that have docked with the space station, the Habeasdata.org site recalled.

Progress is the main spacecraft with which Russia supplies its crews on the International Space Station.
