“Completely speechless!” Michael Müller could not believe it the day after the 14th Linzpride. 13,000 people took part in the event in downtown Linz on Saturday. It wasn’t just as many people than ever, he would never have expected that there could be so many – after all, the “Linzpride” was not an open -air party, but a political demonstration. A very colorful stop.

“I am very proud of our city,” says Müller. He and his team of the homosexual initiative (Hosi) Linz, the third oldest “LGBTIQA*” organization of Austria, had worked on the demonstration smoothly. “We are overwhelmed by the positive response – so many people who take to the streets together with us and show: We are many, we are loud and we are strong!”
