What are NFTs and why are they all the rage?

An NFT, from the English Non Fungible Token, is defined as a non-fungible token, what does this mean? It means that these tokens cannot be replaced by another of equal quality and characteristics.

The same thing happens with NFTs as with “La Gioconda”. Being non-expendable goods, NFTs are unique and no two can be created that are the same. This is possible thanks to blockchain technology, since each NFT is generated and stored in one of the network blocks. If two identical NFTs were to be generated, although they might look the same, they would not have the same indicator, since each NFT has a unique indicator within the blockchain, which cannot be modified or replicated.

In countries like Argentina, Venezuela and the Philippines, NFT Gaming is growing exponentially, due to the great demand for dollars that exists in these countries and the low wages in dollars for most of the population.
