Country risk does not stop rising and touches a new record;  S&P Merval posts third drop in a row

For its part, Argentine stocks operate disparate this Wednesday on Wall Street, with increases of up to 3% led by Free marketfollowed by Corporación América (+2.5%) and Despegar (+1.9%). Meanwhile, the decreases of up to 4.4% respond to Tenaris, Cresud (-3.1%) and Edenor (-3.1%).

This Wednesday Argentina faces the payment of US$1.8 billion before the International Monetary Fund (IMF) pending a first review of the domestic macro that would release the arrival of US$4,000 million.

Bonds and country risk

In the fixed income segment, on the other hand, dollar-denominated bonds operate with general declines of up to -1.2%, led by the Bonar 2029 and the Global 2046 (-1.1%).

Meanwhile, CER-adjusted peso bonds trade mixed up to -3.4% driven by the PARP and the Boncer maturing in March 2024 (TX24) at -2.4%. The increases up to +1.2% respond to the PR13 and the Boncer November 2028 (TX28) at +0.8%.

Facing it, the Argentine country risk, prepared by the JP Morgan bank, rises 1.7% and sets a new record at 2,233 units.
