Elon Musk filed another notice to cancel the purchase of Twitter

They refer to the recent complaints filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, by Peiter “Mudge” Zatko, a former Twitter executive, hired by Jack Dorsey and subsequently swapped out by the new board of directors. He also sent the 84-page complaint to Congress, adding user security flaws, among other irregularities.

The company, run by Parag Agrawalresponded to the ad, asserting that it was based on inconsistencies and inaccuracies and that it also lacked significant context.

For its part,“Twitter intends to enforce the agreement and close the transaction at the price and terms agreed upon with the Musk parties.” pointed out.

Musk’s new document was presented despite the fact that there is already a motion filed to cancel the purchase, so it is estimated that this text will serve to cancel the agreement, despite the previous complaints filed by the CEO of Tesla.

The trial between the businessman and Twitter will be in Delaware, next October. Musk insists that he does not want to buy the social network because the number offered from spam accounts of the social network, is lower than the real one, ensuring that there are many more bots than those referred.
