This deployment has already cost SpaceX $80 milliona figure that could increase to 100 million towards the end of the year. That is why this Friday the Pentagon confirmed that they were in talks about it.
Musk’s announcement came amid the rudeness generated after his messages on October 3 in which he had given his position on how to achieve peace between Ukraine and Russia. Even this Tuesday, Ian Bremmer, founder of the political risk consultancy eurasiadenounced the businessman for having had a conversation with Putin before publishing his tweets.
