“Unfortunately, the SEC’s refusal to productively engage with us is just another example of the Commission’s knowing and misguided refusal to provide much-needed clarity and guidance to the digital asset industry.”mentioned the exchange in his statement.

The statement also underscored that the SEC’s real intent is to make headlines. Besides, the Binance CEO stated that they are prepared to combat it to the fullest extent of the law.
Binance also expressed disappointment with the SEC’s actions, mentioning that despite actively cooperating with the commission, the SEC decided to act unilaterally. The exchange also stated that they are ready to vigorously defend themselves.
