“The aforementioned proposal includes establishing an increase in tariffs equivalent to 1.8% from the month of August of 2024,” says the regulations published in the Official Gazette.

Changes in the Single Disability Certificate

Through the Resolution 1645/2024the Government established weeks ago new changes for the criteria for issuing the Single Disability Certificate (CUD) without expiration.

In March of last year, the Government of Alberto Fernández confirmed that the Unique Disability Certificates (CUD) would begin to be issued without expiration but that the Implementation would be “progressive, gradual and in stages””. In Resolution 322/2023, it was determined: “It is established that the Single Disability Certificate will be granted without being subject to any time period, maintaining full validity and force as long as the certifying criteria are maintained.”

This regulation ceased to have effect because “the guidelines applicable to the certification and support process for people with disabilities have not been fulfilled or implemented in the established stages and deadlineswhich makes said administrative act inapplicable and obsolete with the promulgation of Law No. 27,711.”
