The regime of the flat taxmanaged by the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP)underwent important modifications in September 2024. These changes, driven by Law No. 27743 and Decree 593/2024, significantly increased the billing limits and the monthly amounts to be paid. Thanks to these updates, more people will be able to access the simplified regime, unifying the income limits for both services and commerce.

With a new Annual billing cap of $68 million in effect since Januarythe monthly payment scales were also adjusted. People included in category I, for example, will have to pay $175,000 per month in the form of a flat tax for commercial activities, while those in the provision of services within the same category will have to pay $437,500.

The Monotributo regime presents the following scales of maximum annual income for each category in September 2024:
