Vaccination will begin in 48 priority departments in the NOA, NEA and Centro regions, According to the Ministry of Health of the Nation, these places were chosen based on criteria such as cumulative incidence rate, population density, social determinants, access and quality of care, among other variables.
The population that will receive the vaccine will be people between 15 and 39 years old who live in priority departments. The first to be selected will be young people between the ages of 15 and 19, to advance in a progressive, dynamic and phased manner.
