The Chief of Staff, Guillermo Francos and the Minister of Deregulation and State Transformation, Federico Sturzenegger, They held a meeting at Casa Rosada with national deputies from PRO, La Libertad Avanza (LLA) and MID to advance the Government’s legislative agenda.

The conclave also included the participation of the Vice Chief of the Executive Cabinet, Jose Rolandithe Secretary of State Transformation and Public Service, Maximiliano Fariñaand the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Martin Menem.

As for the legislators, they participated on behalf of LLA Gabriel Bornoroni, Nicolas Mayoraz, Santiago Santurio, Carlos Zapata and Nadia Marzquez; on the PRO side they did the same Diego Santilli, Sergio Capozzi, Hernán Lombardi, Silvina Lospennato, Silvina Giudici and Patricia Vázquez; while for the MID they were Oscar Zago and Eduardo Falcone.

Among the topics discussed was the 2025 Budget, which was presented last week by President Javier Milei in Congress and broadcast on national television.

Also on the agenda of the day were express divorce, Law Leaf litter, driven by Sturzenegger himself, and the Single Paper Ballot, which was approved by the Senate last week and must return to the House of Representatives for the modifications made to be accepted.

It was also part of the parliamentary agenda the privatization of Aerolíneas Argentinaswhich will begin to be discussed this Wednesday in the House of Representatives, and one of the projects for it was presented by Lombardi.

Likewise, another of the crucial issues is the president’s veto of the university budget law, which Lombardi himself echoed this Monday in radio statements, showing his support for the measure because otherwise it would be put in place. “fiscal balance at risk.”
