The money will be used for working capital and investments and refinancing of liabilities.

The company that focuses on livestock production informed the National Securities Commission (CNV) that Banco Macro, part of the Brito family Holding, granted it a loan of up to US$7 million payable within 12 months, with the possibility of extending the date for an additional period of up to 12 months; and compensatory interest will be accrued quarterly at a fixed rate of 5% nominal annually.

The company concentrates its activities in the province of Salta with almost 90,000 hectares of its own fields. One of its peculiarities is that together with other controlled firms it is vertically integrated in the different phases of production: breeding, rearing (wintering), fattening in pens (feedlot), industrialization and direct sale to the public in butcher shops with 23 points of sale.

Within its orbit is located the Frigorífico Bermejo, which operates the largest capacity meat processing plant in Salta and the second in the northwest of the country, with a slaughter capacity of 12,000 head per month. In parallel, The company has a livestock stock of more than 65,000 heads distributed over 40,020 hectares and feedlots.

ANDThe key fact is that the company concentrates between 90% and 95% of its sales in the local market. The company is strategically positioned to participate in the supply of meat consumption in Salta, Jujuy, Santiago del Estero, Catamarca, La Rioja and Chaco, competing and replacing part of the meat imports from other provinces such as Santa Fe, Córdoba and Buenos Aires. Aires, with quality levels similar to those of the meat produced in the humid pampas. In addition, it accounts for approximately 60% of the work and 20% of the consumption of Salta.

Last year they planted a total of 64,355 hectares: 4,625 hectares of soybeans, 1,003 hectares of sorghum, 13,899 hectares of corn, 2,828 hectares of irrigated alfalfa and 42,000 hectares of gatton panic.
