“The conduct of the President of the Nation is an affront to the republican system of government by constantly attacking freedom of expression and urging militants of Freedom Advances. The events described seem to constitute the crimes of public intimidation provided for in articles 211 and 212 of the National Penal Code,” he says in his complaint.
The legislator added: “Once again Milei disqualifies and attacks journalism, to the detriment of freedom of expression, in addition to haranguing militants to insult and incite hatred. Aggression and persecution cannot be naturalized.”
In his speech Milei spoke of “enveloped journalists, the journalistic caste”that “they made a media blackout so that what was happening in Holland Square could not be seen. Because all the media we had called for that act and none of them came, trying to sabotage it, at the expense of the city’s tax payer’s wallet. They have nothing to do with trolls, they are made of flesh and blood, pieces of shit. Here you have the trolls, corrupt journalists, covered up, these are the trolls, they are the ones who show the reality, which you never let us see because you have a monopoly on the microphones.”
His attack did not end there. Then he remembered a Diputados TV journalist who interviewed him in 2021 when Milei assumed his bench. On that occasion he told him “you are two deputies (with Victoria Villarruel) just in 257. You are not going to be able to do anything.” For this comment he described it as “truly rude, rude, stupid with a microphone.”

The complaint, which was assigned by lottery to Federal Court No. 2in charge of judge Sebastian Roberto Ramos and registered under CFP number 4096/2024, adds: “In conclusion, the actions that are the subject of this complaint are prima facie constitutive of the crimes of instilling public fear or inciting riots or disorders and inciting collective violence for which the President of the Nation, Lic. Javier Gerardo Milei, must respond as the criminally responsible author (arts. 211 and 212 of the National Penal Code).”
