The Government of Javier Milei announced a new change in the requirements to collect benefits from the National Social Security Administration (ANSES)which may affect certain beneficiaries of Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) and Family Allowances.
These changes were announced in the publication of the Official Gazette (BORA). Resolution 918/2024 introduced new control rules based on the minimum stay required in the country.

The new ANSES requirement to collect benefits
The new ANSES requirement is that the holder You may not be absent from the territory of the Argentine Republic for a period greater than 90 calendar days.
In a statement they announced that “the information available in the different ANSES databases and that sent by the National Directorate of Migration, within the framework of the current agreements between both organizations.”
If non-compliance with this requirement is verified, the suspension of benefituntil the holder requests its activation and “reliably demonstrates that he or she is residing in the country again.”
This suspension also applies to those who collect the bonus for the southern zone and they do not reside in said management. Those who do not clarify their situation will proceed with the scheme.
