John Rambo is a vietnam veteran pursued by a Sheriff, Will Taesle. When he arrives in a town, he is detained and tortured in a police station, but he manages to escape and hide in a mountain. With a thirst for revenge, he begins his counterattack, showing his pursuers that they messed with the wrong soldier.
The battle pushes him to the limit, so he needs to bring out all the skills he learned on the road to Vietnam. The authorities will try to catch him at any cost, but along the way he will cause a bloodbath, and after being pushed to the limit, he will not rest until everyone regrets what they did to him.
