The leader of the Rosario Central bar was shot along with his second, Daniel “Rana” Attardo. Bracamonte’s strong criminal history and the multiple times they wanted to kill him.

On Saturday, after Rosario Central’s defeat against San Lorenzo, Andrés “Pillín” Bracamonte, The team’s bar leader, and his second, Daniel “Rana” Attardo, were shot to death.

Bracamonte, who had led the paravalanches in the Gigante de Arroyito since 1999, was prohibited from access to the stadium since 2018. Throughout these 24 years, he was the subject of multiple accusations, arrests and convictions, from which he was released on several occasions.

In 2006, Bracamonte was ambushed again by unknown individuals, this time in front of his then residence in the north of Rosario. In that attack he was shot four times: one that went through his abdomen, another in each leg and one more in the ankle.

In 2014, he was deported after trying to travel with his wife to the World Cup in Brazil.
