Who can access the ANSES Unemployment Benefit
Those employees in a dependency relationship included in the Employment Contract Law No. 24,013 who meet any of these conditions can request payment:
- Permanent workers: have at least 6 months of work with contributions in the last 3 years prior to dismissal or termination of the contract.
- Temporary and seasonal workers: having worked less than 12 months in the last 3 years and more than 90 days in the last year, before the end of the work.
- Construction workers: have at least eight months of work with contributions in the two years prior to dismissal or completion of work.
Unemployment Benefit Amount
The minimum amount of this benefit in November is $135,785.61. The maximum limit to be received is $271,571.22 so as not to exceed the Minimum Living and Mobile Wage that is set at that figure.
