What is known about Mission Impossible – Final Sentence
Christopher McQuarrie has returned to direct the film from his own script and produces it with Cruise, with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger and Chris Brock as executive producers.
Along with Cruise they appear Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Vanessa Kirby, Mariela Garriga, Henry Czerny, Shea Whigham, Greg Tarzan Davis, Charles Parnell and Frederick Schmidt. Other actors who will debut in Mission: Impossible in the eighth installment are Holt McCallany, Janet McTeer, Nick Offerman, Hannah Waddingham, Katy O’Brian and Stephen Oyoung. Today it has also been revealed that Angela Bassett will participate in the film.
Plot details have not yet been revealed. The last film in the franchise Mission Impossible: Deadly Sentence – Part 1 It grossed $567 million worldwide.
The film is scheduled for release on May 22, 2025.
