More than 5,000 people enjoyed the first edition of the Morón Book Fair

During the weekend, the cultural activity that brought together writers, publishers and readers was carried out. There were workshops, talks, book presentations, a comic fair and a poetry and theater festival.

Last weekend, the Municipality of Morón held its 1st Book Fairan event that brought together writers, publishers and reading lovers in the Paseo de las Artes, home of the Morón Museum, and the Gregorio de Laferrere Theater.

More than 5,000 people enjoyed the cultural proposal that brought together more than 120 stands from different publishers, bookstores and libraries. In addition, there were notable guests such as the Nobel Peace Prize, Adolfo Pérez Esquivel, the philosopher Darío Sztajnszrajber, Diego Paladino (The Train Reader), Luis Longhi, Cesar González, Liliana Heker, Nina Ferrari, Martín Kohan, Martín “El Tucu” Abusamra, Gabriela Borrelli, Carolina Lesta, Pablo Melicchio and Iris Riveraamong others.

The activity ended on Sunday, at Gregorio de Laferrere Municipal Theater, with a talk with María Rosa Lojo, Juano Villafane and Luis Sáez, and with the performance of the play “The infinite conversation, about poems by Juano Villafañe”.
