The FX series Noah Hawley, “Alien: Earth”revealed new details of its plot along with a new preview and confirmation that the series arrives in mid-2025.

This new trailer features the star of the Alien universe: the Xenomorph, which fans of the franchise also saw in an earlier clip released to select moviegoers attending screenings of Alien: Romulus. In a video released earlier this month from Disney+ and Hulu, small clips from several shows were revealed, including Alien: Earth, and previews of what’s to come were presented.

As members of the crash recovery team search the wreckage for survivors, they encounter mysterious predatory life forms more terrifying than they could have ever imagined. With this new threat discovered, the search team must fight to survive and what they choose to do with this discovery could change planet Earth as they know it.
Led by Sydney Chandlerthe series also stars Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, David Rysdahl, Adrian Edmondson, Adarsh Gourav, Jonathan Ajayi, Erana James, Lily Newmark, Diem Camille and Moe Bar-El.
FX boss John Landgraf has previously described the show as a “great imaginative reinvention” of the Alien franchise and compared it to Hawley’s work on the FX hit fargo. He also confirmed that the show is “designed to be an ongoing series.”
