The Government has made incredible advances, only imagined by the Argentine President, his Minister of Economy and his entourage.
The new partners of Argentina have already been chosen by the Argentine government and Italy is the Natural partner (not just political), due to roots, culture, due to the emigration of its people, who made Argentina great more than 100 years ago, and especially for that Italian legacy that is in his blood, work, work and work and especially how to do this work. The majority of entrepreneurs in Argentina are Italian or of Italian origin, this is still a transcendent element for the success of this integration.

For more than 15 years I have been writing about this integration and I also presented it during the years 2018-2022 in the Italian parliament, especially highlighting integration in the agri-food sector and its industry. This integration must be to export food to the world with great added value, where Italy is the power par excellence and has growing demand for its high value-added products and Argentina is a huge exporter of commodities. The idea is to transform these exports of commodities into exports with greater added value. The possibilities of doing so on a large scale are real, due to the potential production of agri-food in Argentina, without taking into account the enormous potential for recovering unproductive lands, where Italy can contribute a lot. Today Argentina can produce food for more than 500 million people, and without a doubt with a more organized country in its macroeconomy and progress in Infrastructure the figure will be higher. Argentina is at the beginning of a new cycle of great growth, which will once again lead it to be a great nation. Italy cannot fail to be at this stage where the countries’ greatest exports will be vital for their economies. This integration achieves without doubts a great export capacity in the agri-food sector.
Italy and Argentina are 2 complementary economies, Italy with its Know How, the natural resources of Argentina, together with the human resources of both nations, a new global brand can be achieved, on a large scale, such as “Made in Argentina come In Italy”, Italian Product made in Argentina, Italo-Argentina Product or any other combination that expresses the integration. This would be revolutionary, because it would generate a global brand made by 2 countries. It is clear that integration par excellence is in this sector.
There are other sectors for integration, such as the energy sector. In 6 years, Argentina will be a major global supplier of LNG, as well as an exporter of green energy. Another sector is that of “Knowledge”, where integration has already been tested for a few years, it must be intensified and given volume, the appearance of Artificial Intelligence has revolutionized this industry and the possibilities are very good to integrate.
A great sector for great Argentine growth is Infrastructure, there is a lot to do, starting with everything related to “Vaca Muerta”, the Infrastructure of the entire mining area, and infrastructure in general where there is a lot to do.
There is always talk in Argentina about having Italian SMEs, this is the time for the creation of Joint Ventures, creating Italian districts or Italian clusters, to create a value chain of export industries.
The Italian emigrants who came to Argentina came with the dream of making “America”, some of us have achieved it, many others achieved it in other countries like the US. This is the moment for Italy and the Italians to make “America” again, that country today is Argentina, governments must integrate with a modern, flexible framework, with the objective of export as a priority, which unleashes the enormous potential of the Italo-Argentine entrepreneur, the political decision was made, this is what was reflected on November 20, 2024 in Argentina, Buenos Aires, with the declaration of the premier Giorgia Meloni and the Argentine president Javier Milei. 2025 should be the beginning of this integration, personally I think that the potential for wealth that this integration can generate is greater than what the rulers imagine.
