He Ministry of Deregulation and Transformation of the State announced the creation of a digital portal so that citizens can collaborate in the “identification of regulatory obstacles that affect the normal development of economic activities“. The proposal of the portfolio led by Federico Sturzenegger seeks to “facilitate a way of communication between citizens and the national State”.

The measure was made official through Decree 1055/2024 published in the Official Gazette. In its preparation, the regulations are based on Decree 891/17 of Good Practices, a norm that seeks to “give transparency to regulatory processes, promote economic growth, lfree competition, the growth of trade and investment and is a strong support for trade liberalization.”

The regulations were signed by President Javier Milei and Minister Federico Sturzenegger.
The development will be carried out by the Ministry of Deregulation and Transformation of the State together with the assistance of the Secretary of Innovation, Science and Technology of the Chief of Staff. At the moment, the Government has not confirmed the date of activation of the digital portal.
How will the web portal work?
Initially, citizens They must identify themselves with a series of requested data through the web. In this way, the form will ask:

- Contact information.
The regulations to be reported may be those of national, provincial, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, or Municipal character.
