The Collection Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires (ARBA) recalled that this Sunday, December 15, the deadline to join the express payment plana tool that allows you to regularize judicial and prejudicial debts for property taxes with discounts of up to 25%.

The executive director of ARBA, Cristian Girard, highlighted that “this payment plan was implemented to provide an opportunity to those taxpayers who, due to the difficult economic situation, stopped being up to date, allowing them to access the bonuses for good taxpayers that will return in 2025”.

In this sense, he noted that “from the beginning of the plan to date, we have recovered resources that demonstrate the commitment of the people of Buenos Aires in a context where the Province makes an extraordinary effort to sustain investments that the national government has abandoned.”

The payment plan offers various options to regularize debts in an accessible way. Taxpayers may choose to make the payment in one (1) single payment, with a reduction of twenty-five percent (25%) on the total amount of the debt.

Another alternative allows you to pay with an advance payment of five percent (5%) of the total owed and pay the remaining balance in three (3) equal and consecutive monthly installments, without reduction and without financing interest.
