The case is investigating whether there was consent on the part of his partner in the sadomasochistic sexual practice.
In dialogue with Agencia Noticias Argentinas, Gonzalo Petit Bosnicthe prosecutor in the case mentioned that “the psychological tests will be carried out on January 10 and 13, at the expert office in La Plata.”
On the other hand, he explained that is trying to confirm mutual consent to sexual practice which ended with the death of the partner of the person involved.
He also added that “phone analysis, psychiatric and toxicological reports of both will be carried out to evaluate the context.”
Meanwhile, after being asked about Moura’s arrest, the lawyer responded: “He will not be charged due to the lack of evidence that they are trying to collect.”
Finally, he assured that once the investigation is completed, he will be summoned to testify for the performance of sadomasochistic practices.
The Moura case and the investigation
