Given the recent growth of virtual scams, the National Social Security Administration (ANSES) published a statement addressed to all its benefits, including the Universal Child Allowance (AUH). “Any publication outside the official site, www.anses.gob.ar, that refers to suspicious forms, emails or text messages of dubious origin must be dismissed immediatelyand it is recommended to make the corresponding complaint, which will be received by the Directorate of Criminal Affairs, Investigations and Summaries of ANSES, which will be in charge of carrying out the necessary actions to avoid these cases,” the organization stated in a statement.
ANSES: how and where to report a scam
Fortunately, ANSES has different ways in which you can report a scam:
- Online: by entering My ANSES > Complaints and Claims > Make a complaint.
- By postal mail: sending a note to Paseo Colón 329, 5th floor, CABA.
- In person: at any Anses office or at the aforementioned address.
- Official service channels: By calling the toll-free number 130, through My ANSES (website or app) or through Virtual Assistance accessible through CUIL and Social Security Code.
