In Yekaterinburg, teenagers attacked two women at a bus stop and severely beat them. This was reported on February 15 by the E1 portal.
According to him, a group of young people were riding in the same bus with the girl and began to molest her. At a bus stop on Pekhotintsev Street, her mother met her, but the offenders still attacked both of them.
According to a relative of the victims, the girl’s mother is in a serious condition in the hospital.
The girl escaped with multiple bruises.
Eyewitnesses filmed the behavior of the group of attackers on the bus. Presumably they are migrants. They were talking loudly and cursing, but tried to cover their faces as soon as the camera turned on. After that, one of the guys went outside and pushed the woman who was behind the scenes.
The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the initiation of a criminal case under the article on causing harm to health of moderate severity. According to the department, the attacker was alone, he turned out to be a 17-year-old teenager, writes REGNUM. He was released on bail. According to the police, his comrades allegedly did not participate in the beating.
The investigation of the criminal case was put under control by the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin.
The governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Yevgeny Kuyvashev, said that teenagers had been “nightmares” for a whole district in Yekaterinburg for a long time, and promised to look into the situation, the 360 TV channel reports. He asked residents to inform him about “the actions of this gang”, and also stressed that “such people should not live in our country,” says Reedus.
The injured Nadezhda Glazova told Izvestia about the attack on her and her 19-year-old daughter at a bus stop.
“One knocked her to the ground, two started beating her. I ran up and started pushing them away. To which they did not react in any way and attacked me. The daughter was pressed against the wall with all her might and started beating. I started pushing them away from her. One of them attacked me and tried to strike me. Then he turned around and kicked my leg. That is, he struck blows with the aim of breaking my leg. I fell, he hit me on the head,” the victim said.
She added that she wanted to call the police, but did not have time. A woman passing by came to her aid.
The victim is currently in the hospital with a broken leg.
Glazova worked as a teacher-organizer at the youth center “Youth” for seven years, led the military-patriotic association “Rhythm”, together with the military unit organized a patriotic summer camp for children from risk groups and disadvantaged families. In 2021, the woman was named the Person of the Week of the Zheleznodorozhny District.
On February 14, at Perm’s Bolshoe Savino airport, a drunken man attacked an employee. During the conflict, the attacker pushed the woman and punched her in the face. A criminal case was initiated against the attacker under the article on hooliganism in transport with the use of violence.
