The Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow took into custody until April 17, 2022, both accused of attacking police officers at the Tulskaya metro station of the capital. The department clarified that one of the suspects categorically refused to the legitimate demands of the authorities to proceed to the police room to establish his identity, and then began to push and wave his arms at the authorities.
At the same time, the second suspect, in order to prevent the lawful actions of police officers, deliberately kicked one of them in the torso area, and the other several punches in the head area, after which he disappeared, the Moskva city news agency reports.
A young man born in 2000 was detained on the spot on suspicion of committing a crime, he was charged.
“In the course of the joint work of the investigators of the Moscow Investigative Committee and the employees of the criminal investigation department, the location of the second suspect, born in 2003, was quickly established, he was detained in accordance with Art. 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, investigative actions are being carried out with him, ”Ivanova said.
It was also established that the defendants were on the territory of the Russian Federation illegally. They lived in a rented apartment in Moscow.
The investigating authorities sent materials to the internal affairs bodies to bring to administrative responsibility employers and persons who provided the defendants with living quarters.
