One person died and three others were injured in a collision between three cars and a passenger bus in the Ivanovo region. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Ivanovo region.
It is specified that the incident occurred on a section of the Ivanovo-Rodniki suburban highway.
According to the press service, the driver of the VAZ-2112 car lost control and drove into the oncoming lane. After that, he first collided with a VAZ-2112 passenger car, then with a passenger bus and then with a third VAZ-2112 car.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the first car that collided with the car that drove into the oncoming lane died. There were no casualties on the passenger bus.
According to law enforcement agencies, a 17-year-old teenager was driving a car that drove into the oncoming lane, his passengers – two girls and a young man of the same age – were hospitalized.
The police are at the scene of the accident.
Earlier, on February 17, two people were injured in a collision of five cars and a bus in the Mozhaisk district of the Moscow region. As a result of the accident, two people who were in the car were injured and were hospitalized.
