In a context where artificial intelligence ceased to be a promise to become a specific tool of public management, we proudly present Pilar (Comprehensive Labor Program for Automation and Resolution)a system designed to transform labor justice.
This project is born from the crossing between the professional experience in the workplace and the technical training acquired in the Diploma in artificial intelligence applied to digital management environments issued by the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the UBA. In this academic journey, I have developed the thesis on the functional model of Pilar, addressing its design, projected impact and implementation methodology in judicial environments.
PILLAR It proposes an ecosystem with virtual audiences, automatic settlements, predictive conciliation, digital file and legal advice based on AI.
It is not science fiction: it is Legal, social and technological innovationpromoted from the knowledge and commissioning of citizenship.
The development of this system has been evaluated with a 9 (nine) qualification In the final work, demonstrating its conceptual rigor, technical viability and public value.
