Since January 18 of this year, the Tourist Cashback program has resumed in Russia, thanks to which you can return 20% of the amount spent on traveling around the country. About how exactly you can return the funds, says “Duma TV”.
It is emphasized that in order to receive a refund from the tour, you must return no later than April 30. The program is limited to this date.
Under the terms of the program, 20% cashback works only for travel within Russia. It is necessary to pay for the ticket from the Mir card in one payment. In addition, the trip must last at least three days between January 18 and April 30.
The list of program partners includes not only travel agencies, but also a large number of hotels, resorts and boarding houses from various parts of our country.
You can get acquainted with all the partners of the program on the site mirtravel.rf. To become a member of the program, you first need to register on the site. After registering and paying for the tour, the cashback will return to the card within five working days.
The total amount, that is, the amount of the returned funds, cannot be more than 20 thousand rubles.
As noted, in 2021, more than one and a half million Russians took advantage of the program.
In January, it was reported that the authorities of the Moscow region intend not only to reach pre-pandemic indicators in terms of the number of tourists, but also to exceed them. In 2019, the number of tourists in the Moscow region amounted to 22.1 million people. In 2020, it decreased to 11.5 million. In 2021, it increased and reached 15.3 million people. This year, the region intends to attract more than 16 million tourists, and in 2024 – almost 23 million.
