“In connection with calls to participate in public events in the center of Moscow that are spreading on the Internet, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow informs citizens that they have not been agreed upon in the prescribed manner by the executive authorities. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow warns that holding such actions is illegal, ”the message on the agency’s website says.
The Metropolitan Police will take all necessary measures to ensure the protection of public order in the city. It is clarified that in the case of holding actions, both organizers and participants will be held administratively and criminally liable.
