Psychology classes have appeared in Active Longevity clubs in the Moscow Region. This was reported on Tuesday, March 1, on the website of the regional Ministry of Social Development.
As part of the project, pensioners are already attending creative and sports classes free of charge, and since March 1, more courses in psychology have been added. Trainings and game therapy were prepared for the participants, the 360 TV channel notes.
Classes will be taught by licensed psychologists. Specialists will help relieve emotional stress and restore psychophysical health.
Currently, there are 26 activities in the clubs of the regional Active Longevity project, writes RIAMO.
On February 28, the press service of the regional Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications reported that over 12,000 pensioners in the Moscow Region were trained in computer literacy in digital zones at the MFC.
