“There are devils who make prices go up” (Alberto Fernandez).
Not president. The devil is not omnipresent, although he does have hosts of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12) who install all kinds of wickedness. Right now, the devil will be in the Slavic countries trying to escalate the third world war. What we have here are demons, principalities, powers empowered by the powers of darkness. Less powerful (Op.cit.)
The Argentine dollarization
It is the monetary course through which the country would relinquish authority in terms of monetary and exchange policy, resigning the autonomy of the BCRA and consequently the monetary issue. There is no option. From that moment, the submission to the Federal Reserve would be absolute, that is: it could not be devalued to improve the competitiveness of exports and “countercyclical” monetary policies could not be implemented during contractionary periods. Nothing about financing a transitory fiscal deficit with monetary issue, but it would be necessary to resort to indebtedness at all times. Dollarization is an extreme option, since with it a straitjacket is put on the management of economic policy. (Rodríguez, C., 2000. Dollarization. Reality and Reflection, 15-21) “…by inserting itself into dollarization, the Central Bank ceases to be the lender of last resort, with which it follows that dollarization does not guarantee the termination of future bank failures (Moncada, J., 2000, Dollarization. Illusions and realities. In A. Acosta, and J. Juncosa Editores).
Someone said: “It’s like locking the door and throwing the keys into the abyss.”
The agreement with the IMF “avoids economic catastrophe in Argentina” (Pedro’s minister)
A reasoning “available to all” like that of Thucydides (father of the school of political realism), values the relations between nations based on their power, and not on the basis of justice. Because the risk of a society vulnerable to the story -since not everyone is interested in the fact, but what they are told-, of underestimating the persuasive power of the media, becomes a tragedy like 2015.
In the end, there was no non-payment of the debt with the IMF, 2022-2023 will end and surely in the media we will continue reading that Argentina is not going to comply. They are the macro-ecologists and communicators who suggest over and over again a proximity that never arrives, and they do not do it out of ignorance, but because they have it computerized and synchronized. Álvaro Alsogaray announced 16 of 4 crises in 3 decades (1981, 1989, 1991, 2005), when his figure was the most prestigious in the establishment.
What do the establishment economists say today about the agreement with the IMF?
That is not even remotely close to reversing the mistrust about the future. That the IMF is an accomplice of the capricious economic policy of the Government, refusing to request the end of the exchange trap and the adjustment of primary public spending. That the agreement does not provide evidence of sustainability of the public debt, because it is not demanding with the reduction of the primary fiscal deficit. That there are no signs of macroeconomic stabilization. That there is no commitment to fiscal consolidation and there is no monetary program either. That the agreement has no monetary goals. That the 2022 monetary expansion will be 50% higher than in 2021 (it was around 39%). That there is no commitment to lower the inflation rate. That inflation has skyrocketed (although for now it does not exceed Macri), they are already projecting and disseminating 75% annualized. That there are no structural reforms that improve the medium and long-term prospects. That only serves to refinance maturities with the IMF.
Nothing new under the sun (a+b=c)
Since August 2019, the media and their exclusive consultation macroecologists-because they do not give others a platform-alerted, citing confidential sources, that Argentina was preparing a default on its foreign debt. Until the last moment it was said that it was about maneuvers by Cristina with La Cámpora. They were the final preparations for a Venezuelanization with Comandante Fernandez, who at the same time was going to break with Comandanta Fernandez Sánchez Manduley.
The risk involved in selling raw headlines about something as appalling as Argentina’s foreign debt was reckless. poor country. Those who played with the default and non-payment of the IMF should be exposed, if the communicators and the media that employ them had decorum, “in a serious country” they would leave or they would be made to leave their jobs.
The agreement with the IMF marked the end of a “war of nerves” that has exceeded the pandemic in 4 months, which has caused millions of deaths and destroyed companies and jobs around the world. An unscrupulous media belligerence that keeps Argentina on red alert and on the verge of non-compliance, is shameful for the rest of the world.
If a political leader in 2022 does not believe that it is important for his country to appear as the laughing stock of developed countries -driven by the local communication environment-, he can do without the television sets, but he will not transcend beyond the leadership of a youth group. And that, until he ceases to be young. Despite it, the communication gadgets of television studios can do a lot of damage. The media do not stop spreading lies to justify the disaster they caused between 2015-2019. As long as a strategy is not implemented with a tactical plan of action to ban poisonous and unhealthy disinformation, it will be very difficult for a significant part of the people to come to their senses.
The media and communicators are under the permanent control, direct or indirect, of the authorities that governed in the macrista period and are essential, decisive in promoting and supporting the permanent aggression and destabilization of the government of Alberto Fernandez.
How is the perverse process produced? -The hegemonic media spread their information through their portals -the most read-. People read and other media that work as loudspeakers for the main ones broadcast it. When it reaches the networks, large computer teams create bots that feed it. Bots are special accounts that can be sent messages to and connect to chat services, such as searching for information, scheduling meetings, and performing tasks. When you interact with the bot in Chat, the bot can see email address, avatar, and other information.
What we call “confirmation bias” consists of consuming information that confirms what we think. Thus, if someone is against Peronism, they will dismiss even the most reputable scientists such as Joseph Stiglitz, a Nobel Prize winner, because he says the opposite of what those who are refractory to the Government think, and instead they give credibility to any information that confirms everything bad that is coming of Peronism, without having a notion of the source. If they tell you that Macri went to the bridge tournament because he is a priority for international relations, people will believe it, for that reason. Neuroscience explains that there are neurotransmitters that are activated, similar to those of sexual pleasure, when we can confirm what we believe, while others, linked to pain, are activated when the information contradicts what we conceive.
We do not know what kind of agreement some media have with communicators, but they must maintain stealth not only while they are in the media, but also when they switch to another channel, judging by professionals who have changed media, without freedom challenging their independence of think and communicate the truth. There are media outlets that offer good economic conditions “to carry out their work”. In recent months it is pathetic that there is no talk of the 10.3% growth of GDP in 2021, but of the possible default with the IMF. Later, disinformation grows in entrenched groups, they transfer it to social networks, through which it is recycled to conventional media. Remember that we have a Youtuber who became a national deputy.
No one underestimates the people, much less Lenin, but for a time he said: “Knowledge is in the Party.” Go and ask there. The case of the hegemonic media that spread their fake news is sad, and it is confusing because not all the content is disinformation. High aptitude programs coexist, mixed with other very vulgar ones. Prudence has been lost. There are specific cases where no journalist dares to interview someone else; much less say that it is a means of disinformation in a specific way. They just tell you “I can’t put that on”, or “you know me, you know how much I love you and I appreciate your production, but I’m calling you to ask for a suggestion”. A favor. It’s just that they can’t even mention talking to you.
In Latin America, especially in Brazil, we have seen the mediatic, political and judicial convergence that ended with the impeachment of Dilma and the imprisonment of Lula. It was not because Lula failed to mobilize in the streets, but because “the only truth is reality” (Aristotle). We understand the warning of Dr. Ubeira who ran through the roof on March 24, 1976, it is more; we believe like him, that you can play “we are the revolutionary tendency, I am Kunkel and you are Dante Gullo”, but Macri returns in two years.
