On March 19, 2020 mandatory quarantine was declared and suddenly we started with an obviously unexpected demand and started exponential growth, we went from 7,000 users to 20,000, from 50 daily orders to 200 and all that that implied. No company is prepared to grow 400% overnight.

For us, it was a great challenge to be able to supply all our customers in 2020, since it was not easy to stock up, have the least number of stock breaks, develop new categories, and deliver in a timely manner. As I always say, I am grateful for having had these problems in a context as difficult as the pandemic was for many.

2021 for our company It was a year of ordering our business and preparing for the next stage. We changed the brand, from Toymania to Hipermania, we launched Petmania, we began to launch new categories and we began work on building the structure of software, finance, Big Data, deposit, HR, communication, brand registration and processes to grow.

Regarding numbers We closed 2021 with a growth of 10 times what we started to invoice in Petmania (pets was the big winner within our company), 100% in turnover in the adult care category (diapers, dressings, disposable underwear), Coffee Mania began to triple its turnover thanks to coffee capsules, compared to perfumery and cleaning we had a growth of 4 times the turnover of 2020 because we began to work in detail these categories.

This 2022 we start with great challenges and with a business base prepared to double the number of orders delivered and even triple it with the main objective of our company: “Create the best e-commerce experience” from the moment our customers enter the site and until the merchandise arrives at their homes. We hope to triple the Petmania operation, quadruple adult care, which is one of the most accepted categories and in which more and more users are added, stabilize Tecnomania, which is the newest category we have, and we want to double the baby diaper operation which is our great strength. All this is going to happen thanks to the support we are having from many companies that join our collaborative sales strategy.
