Difficulties can be the occasion and the beginning of great decisions and transformations, in response to the disagreement generated by a status quo that shows itself incapable of responding to realities that demand quick, creative and innovative solutions.
Faced with the status quo without solution of continuity of the current management of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital (CPACF) for twenty years, as a response in pursuit of the transformation of a reality that does not conform to us, EADA- Espacio Abierto de Abogados- was born. what does it have like Presidential candidate for Rubén Ramos in the next elections that will take place on April 26, 27 and 28.
EADA is made up of independent professionals, state attorneys, owners of small studios and those starting out in professional practice, which gives a clear image of the construction of its own identity, independent and alien to any partisan position that could limit or affect decision-making for the defense of those enrolled.
differentiates us our pluralistic and transformative essence, which aims to create a space for the implementation of institutional policies that meet the needs and urgencies of lawyers, with unsatisfied demands and demands, that it is imperative to attend without further delay.
We have a common interest that brings us together, which is the representation of those enrolled, seeking the general well-being of all of them as an institutional response at the height of the times that pass and in that sense one of the pillars of the campaign is the freezing for one year of the value of the registration and the fixed right bonus, as a response to the harsh crisis of the pandemic that has hit lawyers hard, who live from their daily work, whose effects still endure and which we observe has not had any type of response by the current management.
There are other realities to observe and attend as important as the economic, which is the transformation in the procedures and modalities of work, as long as the digitization of the processes, which on the one hand allowed the continuity of the work and on the other led to a greater degree of complexity of the same, that forces us to design and implement a strategic training program based on professional skills and abilities, that overcome the occasional and conjunctural approach to different topics, oriented to continuous training based on the heterogeneity of the profiles of our students.
It deserves special mention and attention gender perspective, being that in EADA the systemic and systematic approach of the same is constituted as an obligatory matter of transformation of realities, as part of a process of deconstruction of paradigms and concepts in which sociocultural constructions underlie, such as the gender stereotypes that determine the division gender of work, the salary gap, the glass ceiling and other related problems.
We propose to build a new identity of the CPACF under the presidency of Rubén Ramos, whose background testifies to his honesty and suitability to transform a reality that is not easy for almost anyone, and from which those of us enrolled are not exempt.
With his leadership, tenacity, commitment and with a great human team made up of excellent professionals, we know we can do it, which is why we created this space, so as not to remain immobile in the face of realities that do not represent us.
This list is made up of recognized professionals committed to the sense of defense, recognition and hierarchy of our profession.
We invite colleagues to commit to the ideals that inspire us, far from partisan disputes, to stop being spectators of more of the same and become generators of such a healthy alternation in power. In short, to be part of a CPACF that represents the lawyers of the registration and no one else.
