Justo and Honduras side, which includes the raising of railway tracks, to free up land and urban barriers, the opening of new streets and a park of which a first stage has been made from Soler to Nicaragua. In turn, with the continuity of the works, the entire park will be approximately 6 or 7 blocks long.
All this is a transformation process that gives the City an enormous opportunity, in an area that needs new quality green spaces, with a privileged location.
As for the public space, it could also be a continuity from Parque Tres de Febrero. Like any urban view that begins to connect with green spaces, the barriers between a “Palermo Hollywood” and a “Palermo SoHo”which were cut off by the train and by all these vacant lots, and are beginning to be integrated as this project progresses.
