If it had prospered, today political militancy could have national and popular entrepreneurs, because not all youth have to be in public office when there is a political project. We need “new blood”, after the failed attempt by Néstor Kirchner, who tried to do it with an unquestionably flawed national bourgeoisie.
It seemed that the process begun in 2003 had no return, but the task that remained to be completed was enormous, ideas and tools were needed that would allow not only to consolidate what had been done, but also to trace new paths to continue with the “economic construction” of that project.
It was necessary to perpetuate the creation of employment, and introduce and consolidate the businesses of the Argentine State in the world. Innovation and creativity are the keys to resume the high growth rates that we need for the coming years. It is unavoidable to enable the appropriation of potential wealth that, once consolidated, we see leaving the country. Wealth that generates sources of work for the youth that was invited to participate.

In 10 years we can have a small but thriving national bourgeoisie, made up of entrepreneurs with a social conscience, who celebrate what is ours, and become successful businessmen who stop going to live in Uruguay when they prosper. In Argentina, they win it, but once it is “done”, they take it away because it is an insecure country…
The traditional suppliers of dollars logically have their objectives not aligned with the particular project of any country. Access to mechanisms that generate own capital will reduce dependence on external financing sources.
The connection of “Science and Technology” with real life, after the costly repatriation of scientists, was and is a must. The work done was extraordinary, but interrupted and shattered. We demand “country business” objectives in the medium and long term. We caress the possibility of strengthening the innovation biosphere, with a generation of “Argentine executives”, we perceive the fact of training them and seeing them succeed.
Generating employment and accumulating capital is a task that will have results between 5 and 10 years. It is necessary to position Argentina and Argentines as architects of centers of entrepreneurship and innovation in the world. We have plenty of talent. The creation of one Incubator and a Fund for Entrepreneurs It would allow to articulate 4 or 5 annual initiatives, establishing sources of work and future profitability. You have to do what businessmen normally call “trade off” (Change present effort for future benefit). This is the way that will allow Argentina to replace the semi-dependence it has today with primary production.
Why encourage a litter of entrepreneurs and startups?
Because it is time, because entrepreneurs are decisive in “forming” a new and essential national bourgeoisie. Those who laundered a quarter of what escaped are already addicted. Develop entrepreneurs with history and contemporary idiosyncrasies, will need sponsorship from the State. It is necessary to uproot 45 years of a financial vision, which sought the gain of novelistic immediacy.
Entrepreneurs and scientists are the raw material of innovation, because they are not limited by idiosyncratic mental barriers, although they both need convenient environments to develop projects and then lead them as companies. It is that business experience and financing are critical elements for success, because without these components there is no startup or growth; and so even scientists are doomed to fail, in the real business world.
Entrepreneurs of spirit (there are social entrepreneurs) can easily go to connect the efforts that were made in terms of productivity and innovation in Science and Technology. The engine of the Argentine economy needs to work with 4 cylinders: Science (1), which becomes Business (2), obtaining financing (3), plans led by the best human resources with training support and expertise (4).
If that engine is started, we Argentines will have “the strategic asset.” The policy has been summoning and housing young people since 2002, but now it is time to create spaces for them and provide them with opportunities so that they do not get frustrated. Business militancy does not consist of connecting with a group, we need militant businessmen of the Argentine future, and for that we have to incubate and accelerate them.
The growth of the new economy that is being reconfigured closes with investments and people working. Let’s think that entrepreneurs are young and local, capable of creating fast-growing and high capitalization companies. Let us bear fruit to invest $1,000,000 and project an IPO with a capitalization of $200,000,000 between 5 and 7 years, with highly reproductive projects such as the Internet and other wonders that disguise having been sponsored by the US State. For this, the creation of a Fund with professional and trained peripheral support is essential. We all know that going out to place debt for an Argentine entrepreneur is not an option.
